WordTurn is a small, independent, ad-supported site — there is no support desk standing by, but a real person reads what comes in to support@wordturn.com.

A few things this address is genuinely useful for: a tool that gave you a result you think is wrong (say which one — the Scrabble score calculator, word counter, syllable counter, readability score, pangram checker, or anagram checker— and what you entered); a word or language tool you wish existed on the site; an out-of-date fact or broken link in the blog, learn section, or the museum; or a bug in how a page looks or behaves on your device.

There’s no fixed response time to promise, and no ticket number or live chat — email is read and handled as it comes in. The syllable counter and readability score in particular lean on heuristics that can’t be right for every word, so if one of those looks off, it helps to include the exact text you used.

Before writing in about a Scrabble or anagram result, it’s worth remembering that WordTurn compares and counts letters — it doesn’t decide whether a word is valid in your game. For that, check the word list your game uses. If the arithmetic itself still looks wrong, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
